Gerald oversees the preaching ministry, Bible study teaching, and leadership development at LCC. He is passionate about faithfully teaching God’s Word and equipping leaders to serve the church well. He holds a BA in Theology, as well as a Licentiate and Honours in Theology.
Gerald is married to Desiree, and they are blessed with three children.

Jerry’s life is a powerful testimony of God’s redeeming grace. From experiencing homelessness and addiction to becoming a certified Life Coach and NLP practitioner, public speaker, mentor, author, fitness trainer, and wellness coach, God has transformed his story for His glory. Jerry co-leads LCC’s Anti-Drug Ministry, helping individuals break free from drug and alcohol addiction and encouraging them to follow Jesus wholeheartedly. “Then I called on the name of the Lord from my distress…” — Jonah 2:2
Rev. Shawn Petersen
Shawn co-leads the Purified Hearts and Seniors Ministry alongside his wife, Dawn. He also heads the Pulse Course on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, helping believers grow deeper in their walk with Christ.
He holds a BMin (Hons) in Pastoral Ministry.
Shawn and Dawn are blessed with two children.
